Contact NowUltrasonic Doppler flowmeter uses ultrasonic Doppler principle for measurement. It uses a combined wedge sensor to measure flow rate based on the continuous Doppler principle. The sensor has two built-in piezoelectric crystals, which are used for ultrasonic signal transmitter and receiver respectively. At the same time, the sensor integrates static pressure liquid level measurement and temperature measurement, and automatically compensates for the influence of temperature on sound velocity. It is widely used in flow measurement in urban drainage systems, rivers, ditches and other scenarios.
Wedge-shaped electromagnetic flowmeter (mouse-type electromagnetic flowmeter), an electromagnetic induction flow velocity sensor based on the PDC pulse DC principle, can measure the velocity and flow rate of full pipe flow/partial pipe flow in combination with liquid level measurement. The velocity sensor adopts a spike electrode design, which can effectively reduce the contamination of the electrode. The wedge-shaped electromagnetic flow velocity sensor is installed at the bottom of the channel in an immersed manner. Through the unique low-level electrode layout and non-contact capacitive liquid level measurement, the electromagnetic method can achieve synchronous measurement of liquid level and flow rate in a non-full pipe state without the need for additional liquid level measurement devices. It is particularly suitable for the precise measurement of partially filled pipe flow in the water supply and wastewater industries.
The partially filled pipe electromagnetic flowmeter, is a device specially designed for accurate measurement of partially filled pipe flow. Like ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters, it uses Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to measure flow. The flow rate is measured by low-level electrode layout, and air ultrasonic liquid level measurement is integrated to achieve electromagnetic method for synchronous measurement of liquid level and flow rate in partially filled pipe state. It is especially suitable for accurate measurement of partially filled pipe flow in water supply and wastewater industries.
Rectifier electromagnetic flow measurement system is specially developed for accurate measurement of small flow/partial pipe flow in drainage systems. The measurement accuracy is maintained above 95% under actual working conditions. It consists of an installation adapter, a multifunctional rectifier box, a functional sensor, a partial pipe electromagnetic flowmeter, an overflow compensation sensor, a signal transmission module, and a power supply system. The airbag completely closes the pipe cross-section, guides all water through the measurement system, and forms waterlogging through the outlet bend to form a full pipe flow, which can achieve accurate measurement of small flow, non-full pipe flow and other scenes. Note: When the water volume is too large, the airbag will automatically exhaust to prevent waterlogging in emergency situations.
