Digital constant voltage residual chlorine sensor, based on the constant voltage principle, measures the residual chlorine content in water. A stable potential is applied between the polarization electrode and the reference electrode. Different components to be measured generate different current intensities under this potential. The concentration of the measured component is calculated by analyzing the current signal. The residual chlorine sensor has a simple structure and is easy to clean and replace. At the same time, the membrane and reagent do not need to be replaced during the use of the electrode. The maintenance is simple, ensuring the stability, reliability and accuracy of the instrument for long-term operation. The sensor outputs a standard RS485 (Modbus/RTU protocol) digital signal.

Digital total chlorine/residual chlorine sensor, developed based on membrane ampere method, special permeable membrane is not affected by pH value changes and has the characteristics of resistance to chemicals and surfactants. The sensor adopts membrane electrode measurement technology, the sensor does not form interference in the electrolyte, has higher accuracy, stability and anti-interference ability; real-time process measurement, no need to replace reagents, no waste liquid discharge, not affected by sample color, with RS485 output.

Residual chlorine/total chlorine online analyzer, establishes a zero reference point by measuring the blank absorbance, and compensates the color and turbidity of the sample before measuring chlorine; then, the indicator solution and buffer solution are added to the sample, and the sample is color-developed by the magnetic stirrer; then, the colorimeter measures the absorbance through the sample, and the obtained absorbance is compared with the reference standard to obtain the measurement result. The analysis cycle only takes about 2.5 minutes.
