Description:
The expansion joint of the busbar tube is mainly used to absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of equipment, the displacement of the foundation expansion joint, the installation adjustment between equipment, and various stresses caused by earthquakes and operations, ensuring the integrity of the busbar tube and other parts. At present, the displacement monitoring of the busbar tube expansion joint is achieved by setting mechanical scales and scale indicator boards on both sides of the expansion joint, and using manual observation. This method has problems such as large manual workload, high labor cost, and poor real-time performance. By using expansion joint deformation sensors, the shortcomings of existing monitoring methods that require manual observation have been solved, and automatic monitoring, recording, and remote transmission of parameters such as displacement and environmental temperature of the busbar tube expansion joint have been achieved.
