Water and rain video monitoring station refers to the installation of rain gauge, water level meter, high-definition camera/ball machine, telemetry terminal, transmission equipment, lightning arrester, solar charging system and battery on a wind pole, real-time collection of rainfall, water level, image (video) and other data, and simultaneous transmission of data to multiple monitoring management centers via GPRS, 4G, Ethernet and SMS, so as to timely grasp the changes in water sources of major upstream and downstream rivers.
