Wireless gateway is used to receive, aggregate, and forward sensor node information, and all data is transmitted through wireless channels. Composed of a microprocessor, AC-DC power module, 2.4G wireless module, LoRa wireless module, real-time clock circuit, voltage monitor, etc., it has self-organizing network capability. When there are other wireless gateways within the signal coverage range, a star shaped wireless network is automatically established through topology control mechanism and network protocol, increasing the signal coverage range and wireless network redundancy, and improving the reliability of the system. The wireless network established by the wireless gateway is a star topology structure, with each network consisting of one wireless gateway (central node) as the host and one or more wireless gateways (stations) as the slaves. The host aggregates all sensor node information from the slave and forwards it to the data transmission base station through a 2.4G network to the backend system.
