Description:

The pinch valve constant flow control system/flow monitoring system is composed of a pneumatic controller, an electromagnetic flowmeter, a pinch valve and a liquid level measurement system, and is applicable to both full pipe flow and non-full pipe flow measurement. It can be used to accurately control the discharge of a specific flow rate, that is, through the real-time monitoring of the flow rate by the flowmeter, control the opening and closing of the pinch valve, and achieve accurate discharge of a specific flow rate; it can also achieve accurate flow measurement, that is, through the pinch valve opening control, shaping the non-full pipe flow into a full pipe flow, and achieve accurate flow measurement through the electromagnetic flowmeter;
